Terms and Conditions for JESHUA AS
General Terms
Jeshua AS offers guided tour services that include professional guiding, transportation, and visits to locations according to each itinerary or tour selected. By booking and/or making a payment for a tour with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as well as the policies and procedures outlined herein. It is important that you read this section carefully, as it constitutes a binding legal agreement between you and Jeshua AS.
Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our official website or an authorized partner. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Prices are listed in NOK, include all applicable taxes, and are final unless otherwise stated. Failure to complete the payment may result in the cancellation of your booking. Please review our cancellation policy for further details.
Age Policy and Child Seats
Jeshua AS does not set an age limit for participants. However, to ensure safety and legal compliance, children must use an appropriate car seat when traveling on our buses. Jeshua AS does not provide child car seats. It is not permitted to bring infants on our tours without a car seat, in accordance with Norwegian law.
Clothing and Equipment
Jeshua AS does not provide clothing, accessories, or warming equipment for our tours. Each participant is responsible for bringing sufficient and appropriate clothing and outerwear to participate in the tours.
Food and Health & Safety
Guests must inform Jeshua AS of any medical conditions prior to the tour. Participation may be denied if a health condition poses a risk to safety or the safety of others, with no refunds in such cases.
Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied participation without refund. The consumption of alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited during the tour.
Jeshua AS does not provide special meals for individuals with allergies or celiac disease, as we do not have separate kitchens and cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Therefore, we are not responsible for guests' dietary safety; guests are solely responsible for their own dietary choices.
Toilet Facilities
Please note that access to toilets during tours may be limited. Typically, there is a toilet onboard the bus; however, this depends on the specific bus provided on the day of the tour, and it may not always be available. In all cases, stops at public facilities will be made whenever possible.
Many tour locations, particularly during Northern Lights tours, are remote areas with no available facilities. The company will always make every effort to ensure the comfort of our clients, circumstances such as weather conditions and availability being taken into account.
Liability and Force Majeure
Jeshua AS cannot be held liable for delays, cancellations, or missed connections arising from events beyond our control, including extreme weather, road closures, avalanche or rockfall risks, or other force majeure events.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours for safety reasons due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather conditions. In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule, subject to availability.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour start time are eligible for a full refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour will not be eligible for a refund.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend the tour without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. Furthermore, no refunds will be given for late arrivals without prior notice. Tours begin on time, and it is recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Operator Cancellations
In the event of cancellations due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule, subject to availability.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the tour date. Disputes will be governed by Norwegian law and resolved within the jurisdiction of Tromsø, Norway.
Travel Insurance
We strongly advise each guest to obtain their own medical insurance according to the nature and location of their travel. Guests should be aware that Norway, particularly the Tromsø region where our tours take place, is subject to extreme weather conditions and associated risks, such as avalanches, rockfalls, ice, heavy rain, and snowstorms.
Jeshua AS recommends that each guest obtain their own travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including missed flights, cancellations, or medical emergencies.
